Re: Editors not making edits?
You got that right! Writers bidding for work is so degrading. There are so many of these sites that newbies think this is the only way to work online. In reality, there are many more "article farms" that pay to have a writer take a title and write it for a predetermined amount of money.

Re: Editors not making edits?
That site is not what it is hyped to be. It is mostly informational and they let it seem like bidding for work is the only way to get paid to write. This is something I would not recommend to anyone until the point where you are considered a seasoned writer and not a newbie. Well, onward and upward!...

Re: Editors not making edits?
There is something going on with Daily Article. In the process of looking into the problem, I discovered a new site: www.FreedomWithWriting.com and everything seems to be free with immediate income. My website is full of writing job sites and you can check it out at www.write2earn.net. I'll be back!

Re: Editors not making edits?
ThisOldMan: Daily Article URL is www.dailyarticle.com and it is a site that buys and sells articles. They take 20% in commission when an article sells. Also, they have instituted a flat rate fee for articles they purchase for their own use. I'm going over there now to see what's happening and I will...

Re: Editors not making edits?
I've been here for almost three years. Rejects from everywhere usually go straight to Daily Article or my residual income site at InfoBarrel.

Re: Editors not making edits?
You may have missed the problem! The corrections shown cannot be found anywhere in my article. So, where did they come from? Also, even on the shortest time frame, IF you write the article on the very first day, you only have 5.5 days for the back-and-forth stuff.

Editors not making edits?
Again, one of my articles came back as a rejection for two insignificant reasons - a missing dash and a missing comma. Unfortunately, the words involved here are not even in my article. If they were, it seems that inserting something as minute as these items would be done by an editor. Here is the c...

Homonyms by Choice
My article, which was written for a public request, was rejected because the title I chose [Rejection: A Right of Passage ] was deemed grammatically incorrect. It was not grammatically incorrect because I was talking about Rejection as a right of every human being and the forms of actionable respons...

10 days and still no review ...
I wrote an article for a public request and submitted it more than ten days ago. It is still waiting for review and the request has apparently expired. I have written a couple of articles for this requester before and they were scooped up quickly. I guess I've just lost the anticipated sale because ...

Re: Strange Case of the Disappearing Article ...
Thanks for the help! Somehow, I'm so happy to be an un-techie! So, hopefully, there is someplace to store that setting so that it happens automatically.

Re: Strange Case of the Disappearing Article ...
I need the advice of a "techie" for an unusual situation. I have Microsoft Office 2007 and use it for building all of my articles. They are then saved in .doc format with my other documents. The article, however, uploaded to Constant Content with .docx trailing - which I could not see in t...

Strange Case of the Disappearing Article ...
At first, I thought I was imagining things. My article was not visible on the page listing all my writing. I submitted it for review only to have it returned to me twice. Actually, the items targeted for correction were out of my control. I fixed it once again and resubmitted for a public request. T...

Re: About Those Blurbs
Yes, thank you for taking the time to guide me through this one.
I appreciate it.
Also, did you know that the "reply" button on this screen is invisible?
I located it finally after passing my mouse cursor over every part of the
screen that appears to be blank!
