A declarative sentence can be either passive or active.

Active: Constant Content stole my money.
Passive: My money was stolen by Constant Content.

Both are declarative sentences.

Customer is requesting a disallowed format

Ed:

A customer has specifically requested that I put his article up in xls format. According to the format guidelines, this is not allowed.

Would it be possible for me to attach the xls, but paste the text into the long summary for review?

Other ideas?
