Re: Best Grammar sources (British English)
Celeste Stewart recommended The Elements of Style by William Strunk and E.B. White. I am grateful for this recommendation, as the book already vaporized a prior resident demon in the vicinity of my fragile concept of legit English grammar, though I'm at the very first page. The book = definite delic...

Re: How do you decide on prices?
I think one probably should set prices according to the license type and the "tightness", the anatomy of the content. Seems to me that there is an infinite foam of pseudo-scientific content on the net that seek to make one believe they offer delicate insight, but ultimately, they are but m...

Re: not the risk free suicide thread
Hi BerryMac, I'll pretend that I did not see it, thank you for the tip. Anyone had experience with grammar softwares? I had, but the one I tried gave me nothing but a nervous breakdown, and a shallow of it - too EZ to fool. Without naming the actual soft, anyone experienced fruity success with them?...

Re: not the risk free suicide thread
dmgray, you make an excellent point. Turns out this is exactly what happened in my case, as well. Thank you for drawing my attention to my anti-attentiveness. A CC user was kind enough to contact me about proofreading and I'm looking forward to making a deal with her, yet I still remain curiou...

not the risk free suicide thread
Hello, It was quite some time ago that I logged in to CC, as I decided to sharpen me skills - thank you, keep it up, please come again - before attempting another article. With 78 KGs of delightful bewilderment I witnessed how some of my earlier contributions produced luscious license sales while I ...

Re: Before Third Strike
A precise point, especially considering how an article with this title should aspire to draw traffic via its own existence. The topic indeed is grateful for elegantly positioned keyword-efficiency, as your example clearly shows how to form luscious musculature out of a saddening "thing" - ...

Re: Before Third Strike
Celeste, I notice you delivered a thorough analyzation while I was writing my earlier response. Thank you for this, I will inspect it with great attention as it seems to be exactly what I was looking for: the little things to give one away. Thank you again.

Re: Before Third Strike
The term "things" indeed should be eliminated. "Action", "actions" come to mind. I'm still not sure about the sequence that qualifies as a grammar error in this excerpt though, but I will heed your related advice and will refrain from submitting this article without giv...

Re: Constructive Criticism Thread
Hello, here is a short summary of an article I got a rejection for, as it contains grammar errors. Please help me by drawing my attention to these flaws in this sequence. "Though generating relevant traffic to your websites usually takes time, it is much more important to do the right things th...

Re: Before Third Strike
I do not think that the term "thing" sounds too vague in this context and here is why: A "thing" here refers to any action(s) one can exhibit to accomplish the goal of traffic generation, and these "things"/actions necessarily do take time, as does performing any action...

Re: Before Third Strike
I thought it would be better to quote the sequence in the Constructive Criticism thread, but I am confused, as I can't find a New Topic option there, and I do not want to interrupt any ongoing contemplations. What is the general method there? Should I press "Post reply" and deliver my prob...

Re: Before Third Strike
Thank you for your reply. I thought "collisions" gave an acceptable stylistic touch to the sentence, but it probably is better to dismiss such aspirations to solidify clarity. The grammar errors in the second sequence still linger in shadows, in my reality. Anyone seeing it? (Not my realit...

Before Third Strike
Hello, I sent two articles and forgot to include the short summaries. When I corrected this, it turned out that one of the short summaries have grammar problems, while the other article contains grammar spikes in its body. I have no consecutive chance of epically failing and surviving, as a subseque...
