Submit it through CC just like you would any other article. If the author asks you to go outside CC to submit work I'd advise against it. It's against the TOS. Expnding on Cathleen's comments - it'll pop around sometimes if you're using IE. Look the whole page up and down for the "are you sure" message and button. Clear your cache often in IE.
