Usage then Full rights?

Hi,

I sold an article with usage rights last August. It just sold for full rights. Is that allowed? Was I supposed to do something so that it wouldn't be sold for full rights?

Thank you!

Change email address?

Hi,
How do I change my email address? The section that has all my information does not allow me to change my email address - it isn't clickable.

Thanks!

Pricing on reprints

Hi again! I believe I read here somewhere that reprints are allowed. How would that be priced? I have some articles (history and culture types) that were published on a website from 1999 until 2001. I just re-edited one of them thinking to submit it here. Then I realized, I don't know how to price i...

Lost formatting in text version

Hi. After submitting my article in three formats - plain text, Word and pdf, I clicked on "view" for each one. The Word and the pdf were fine. The plain text lost its formatting. I used word wrap in "Notepad", but it seems to be lost now since it appears in very long sentences - ...
