Update country?
Tried to add a new article today, but got a message that says I must "update my country" in my profile first. I looked at my profile, and the only thing I see that can be edited is the picture and bio. What do I need to do?

Re: Client requested an updated article. How to submit?
So essentially, there's no way to do this. I can't delete the article, because it will not allow me to. I can't make any kind of change, including deleting, due to the glitch you mention. That means I can't make the changes and send it to the editors as a new article. I'm frustrated at losing a sale...

Re: Client requested an updated article. How to submit?
I can't even change the price, so something is up that is specific to this piece. I'll contact support.

Client requested an updated article. How to submit?
Hi -- I have a customer who has requested an updated version of an old article I have in stock. (Some of the info is no longer relevant). I have rewritten the piece, but don't seem to be able to make any changes to the original article info via the "edit" button, or have the option to atta...

Article sold for zero dollars? What happened?
Just received an email notice that an old article sold for 0.00. It also shows as zero on my dashboard. It has an actual usage price of actual dollars. Please tell me this is a glitch?

Public Request with wrong link?
I was interested in one of the public requests I saw in the email alert with this heading: Title: Recipes and Photos wanted to Purchase . I can't find the listing on CC, and when I click the link in the email, it leads to a request for NFL articles. Is this a real request, and how do I find it? Than...

Title case in subheads
Hi, I'm used to freelancing for magazines, and I follow the house style guide of the client. I'm uncertain what the preferred style is here. In capitalizing subheads, should prepositions of four letters or more be capitalized (a la AP style), or lowercase (a la Chicago Manual of Style )? Or is it a ...

Customer request: how to handle?
Hi-- I used to be very active here a couple of years ago, but not so much lately. It seems I have forgotten quite a bit about how the site works! Now that I'm freelancing from home full time, I'd like to get involved again. I have a message from a customer that wants to contract some new content fro...

Re: Sex tips
You surely see my frustration. It wasn't just the requester that has bought these, but four different buyers, yet suddenly they're not good enough.
I've sold five articles in this format, and now I'm told I can't.
We're both losing the sales.

Re: Sex tips
I'll think about it. What bothers me is that one of my previous lists only sold for usage, so it gets to be here, while the newest one can't. It just doesn't make sense. Why is one okay and another not? Any rule should apply to both. I guess a rule is a rule, but it's a rule that seems to be counter...

Re: Sex tips
I can do that, no problem, but I probably won't. I feel funny about adding lines just for the sake of adding lines. Anyone using them as separate tips will likely remove them, and four customers wanted them without the unnecessary words at the beginning. I'll just ditch this format and write regular...

Sex tips
Hi Ed. I was wondering about my recent submission. My first set of sex tips was written for a request, so it lacked an intro and conclusion because it's meant to be split up week by week. It was purchased before the requester even bought it. I kept writing new ones and submitting the so the original...

Hey, if you've thought of a genius title, you can always write a new article to go with it!
