Hi, I'd like to write an article for a public request, but there doesn't appear to be a set deadline. How can I find out how quickly the customer needs the article?

Hi, I'm a newbie, and would like to ask a question about catagories. I'd like to submit an article about Guinea Pigs, but have noticed this isn't covered in the animal section. Will I still be able to add this to the catagory when I submit the article? Thanks Melanie.
