The customer offering the low prices was Georged. Most authors who have been here for any length of time know better than to write for his requests or to accept the ubiquitous lowball offers. He's not actually breaking any rules so I don't think CC will ban him anytime soon....it's up to the authors...

Charlie, I'm wondering if you accidentally signed up & logged in as a customer. It is possible to have both a customer and an author account. If you don't see the options April mentioned, you are probably in the wrong account.

The only problem people sometimes run into is if they're writing under 2 different pen names and CC can't verify that the work is theirs. In your case, that won't be an issue.

That's right - once you've accepted an offer, the customer still has to come back and pay for it (it doesn't happen automatically). Occasionally they change their minds but I'm keeping my fingers crossed yours will follow through!
