Jadedragon is correct in that it is not an appropriate site for 'practicing' your writing skills. It could take up to that long for an article review. But when you are submitting for a public request it normally takes a shorter period of time. Are you sure you checked the box that says it is for a request when you submitted the article?

I know CC doesn't accept any first person, but the new Top 10 request specifies that it should be 'personal in nature', and the example says, 'My Top 10...' Is first person ok for this request?
