Just for personal satisfaction, I am having the article proofread professionally. I will then re-submit it. Looking over it was giving me a headache. I wasn't following the indentation, paragraph, and title formatting guidelines, so perhaps that is what the problem is. I apologize for that.

I doubt this would fly. I've helped many writers edit their articles either before or after a submission and it's extremely time-consuming, more so if the article needs a lot of work (and yes, many articles need a lot of work).
