Changing an accepted public request

Hi, Sorry if this question has been posted and dealt with before (I've looked, I really have). I've recently had an article accepted (by the CC editors) for a public request. The requester has contacted me to make some minor changes. I'm perfectly happy to make the alterations but when I click on 'e...

How many customers?

Does anybody know how many customers (roughly, of course) use CC. Is there any data?

Thanks,
Mike

Re: Copyright violation

HubPages have been in touch. The articles have been taken down. Pretty good service. Nice use of alliteration, Debbi. :D

Re: Copyright violation

Hi Lysis,

I've contacted support.

I think you're right: his entire collection appears to be made up of 'sample thirds' of CC articles.

The cheek of the man.

Copyright violation

I've just stumbled across the 'sample third' of one of my articles being passed off as an entire article on HubPages. I've alerted HubPages, but I'm pretty sure some of the other articles posted by the same user are also stolen from CC samples. Check out: http://hubpages.com/profile/Korston Hopefull...

Download confusion

Hi, According to my Author Profile, one of my articles has been downloaded three times. When I look at the same article on the 'My Content' page, it says it has only been downloaded once. And, according to my account information, the same article has only been sold once. I'm a little confused. Is th...

Re: CC Etiquette

Thanks. I just wasn't sure. I'm English: excessive and occasionally inappropriate politeness is in the genes.

CC Etiquette

Hi,

I've sold two articles over the last couple of days, my first sales. These were both 'usage rights' sales. I was wondering whether it was necessary to thank the purchasers or whether that would be inappropriate.

Thanks,
Michael

Re: Traffic to Constant Content

Thanks.

Yes, I had noticed that CC performs well, both organically and on ppc, for phrases like 'buy content'. I just wondered if there was any data floating around. I like to analyse data (weird for a writer, I know). :)

Thanks, again,
Michael

Traffic to Constant Content

Hi, I'm relatively new (about 14 articles and still eagerly awaiting a sale). I just wondered approximately how much traffic CC receives per day (or week, or month)? This is a very significant number as each visit potentially represents an opportunity to sell an article. If the traffic is low, then ...

Hello, there.

Hi. My name's Michael and I'm new to the forums. I've been a Constant Content member for a few weeks now, and I've submitted about 10 articles. No sales, as yet. I'm sure it's only a matter of time. Fingers crossed. I'm a full time freelance writer, with a steady workload from a handful of regular c...
