Re: File Upload Dates
Multiple versions make a lot of folks nervous, and it's amazing the editors don't get confused more often. This is something I'm sure the web master is working on. Meanwhile, name each subsequent draft with a different version number--that'll help the editors out.

Re: Affiliation Link
I hunted for mine in my control panel, but it seems to have vanished. Perhaps someone else knows where to look. Sorry!

Re: Banned with no email as to why?
Hey there! So glad you figured out what happened. Keep in mind it's Sunday and many parts of the site are "off" for the weekend. Take a deep breath and give Eric a couple of workdays to respond to your email. I hope it works out for you... That kind of silly mistake just seems so pointless...

Re: Profile Stats not Matching Writer Pool Stats
That's incredibly weird. Here are my numbers: Writer pool work submitted: 351 Writer pool work approved: 333 Profile number of articles written: 298 I have deleted a few articles from my portfolio, but I don't think it's 50+. I'm also curious where these numbers come from... Could illuminate a few t...

Re: Questions about Writer Pools
In my panel under the Writer Pool Settings tab, I can see my "Writing Statistics." Work submitted, work approved, and approval rate (percentage). I'm already in some pools, so I don't know if you can see those same statistics. For the approval rate, my guess is that you need the articles t...

Re: Satire?
As a fellow writer, I say you could just try it and see what happens. Editorializing isn't allowed, so keep opinion out, but sarcasm would be kinda fun to read. Let us know how it turns out, OK?

Re: Money, Time, or Articles Per Day?
I dunno, I kinda like the idea of writing .1 of an article. I do that a lot, actually, and figure I'll finish it someday.
I like your calculator--straightforward and easy.

That is odd. Hasn't happened to me. Could you give us an update if you find out the answer to this mystery?

Re: The Writer Pool Application Process
It probably won't change the process. Give them a few more days, then send an email to support if you haven't heard back. It takes time for them to sort out and approve writers for the pools.

Re: Links to resources
Include the resources at the end with a section break titled "Resources" or something similar. However, don't include the http://www stuff; just put the web address. In your text, just do an inline reference: "The Company Name tour operator offers holidays..." and don't put a foo...

Re: Still no sales!
Yep, same for me. It was 5 weeks before my first article sold and I'd posted 34 by then. My mistake in the beginning was posting for usage rights only... When I put up good full rights articles, sales picked up. A really amazing thing happened when I posted 10 on the same subject with similar titles...

Re: Usage price.
I'm afraid that will be a problem. If the C-C editors can't immediately identify your C-C username as the author of a previously-published article, it will be rejected. The danger is that you might trip the plagiarism trigger, too, which you absolutely don't want to do because your account will be s...
