Re: Sold articles and rights

Hi Celeste, I definitely had that wrong, thank you for bringing it to my attention. I searched all over the Help category for writers - tutorial, FAQ, etc. - today, and I couldn't find a clear answer as to what a unique license entails, and my imperfect brain remembered incorrectly. All I could find...

Sold articles and rights

I really wish there were better communication around "sold" notifications that get reversed. Why are authors not notified? Why are we not provided any information about the status of the rights of our articles? I received a full rights sold notification last week for an article, but the mo...

Re: Problem with activation

I see. Apparently there was an issue with the Contact Us form on the site. I used it April 20 and 21. Both times I was directed to a page that indicated an e-mail was sent to support@constant_content.com

Re: Problem with activation

I did use the online contact form, twice last month, which is why I suspect there must be a problem. Maybe I went to the wrong place. I went to "Help" and then "Contact Us." When I hit submit I am fairly certain I got a screen that said my message was sent to support@constant-con...

Re: Problem with activation

I don't believe support e-mail address is working. I have been waiting weeks for a reply.

Cheers!

Re: Payment options ...

Hi Simon,

How frustrating. I can offer no advice for you but I can confirm that there does seem to be a problem with e-mails to the Support link.

Regards,

Tammi

Re: New Widget for Showing off your Articles

Hi, I was having trouble making the change stick. Every time I hit SAVE it converted back to ccview. Then I made the change to ccView, hit rich text, went back to Edit HTML and somehow all the single quotes had been changed to double quotes ( ' was now " ) and that seemed to allow the capital V...

Yes, it does appear to be a Firefox issue. Thanks for finding that Debbi.

Re: Help! Question About Articles for Requests

I wouldn't write the customers. My sense is that some customers let the articles pile up and then they come back and choose the ones they prefer. They are working to their own deadlines and not ours. Articles I wrote for the Balearic islands and Candy public requests went into public view for severa...

Re: New and a Little Confused

Hi Susana, Welcome. I have only been here a couple of months, so perhaps "seasoned pro" does not apply yet. :) I waited until my first submission was accepted before submitting others because this site has a three strikes you're out rule. My first article was reviewed and accepted after fo...

Re: Article posted with grammar error?

When I spotted a typo in an article summary recently, I sent a message to the author who corrected it immediately.

When you are looking at the offending summary, you can click on the author's name and you will be taken to a page where you can "Contact This Author."
