Original content

I had an article rejected, and it said that C-C only accepts original content. Is this new? I couldn't find it in the guidelines, so I thought I'd stop by here and ask. I've submitted articles I've had published elsewhere, and they've gone through no problem... so have they changed the rules and I m...

No byline

Just a quick question - I found one of my articles online that was purchased just for usage rights with no byline. What do I do?

Re: Question about format

Hi Jadedragon and 4rumid -

Yes, I think it was. I'll have to re-check.

I didn't know about the Arial thing - mine puts it in Calibri automatically and I have to remember to change it every time.

Question about format

Hi - I just have a really quick question; I had an article kicked back for formatting and I can't seem to find the formatting guidelines other than the 12-pt TNR font. Might that really be all that was wrong with it? If there's more than one reason it was kicked back, will they let you know? I've su...

Re: Disappearing sale?

Well, I just tried a quick search of a phrase from mine and if they got it... they haven't put it anywhere.

I hope they didn't get any of ours!

We can all look on the bright side... at least the little jerk has good taste in writing.

Re: Disappearing sale?

I didn't get contacted by CC today saying mine were among the fraudulently purchased ones...

...so does that mean someone bought it, didn't like it after all and returned it?

Re: Disappearing sale?

Just a quick heads up that we did indeed have a case of people using stolen paypal accounts to attempt purchases on the site last night 2010-03-06/07. As a consequence, some sales that had notifications sent out will not be visible in your account. I will be getting in touch with each affected pers...

Disappearing sale?

If customers have chosen to buy your work, they can return it? My account credited me for two sales and last night, and it showed that the articles were sold; however, I got up this morning and my balance was zero and it said 0 downloads on the articles. I'm just a little confused... if they do that...

"Keep me logged in" button

Is there any way to add a "Keep me logged in" button to the site?

Every time, without fail, I hit the Customer Login button. :)

Re: Rejected Submissions.. 3 strikes and your out

I've had two submissions rejected for understandable reasons; however, I've had nine or ten accepted and sold three. So... Is it three rejections and you're done? If that's the case, what happens to the content I've got on here already? I can't find an answer on this thread or anywhere else on the f...
