My submissions disappeared
I submitted two articles in one day on the subject of Home Ownership Accelerator Loans, the submissions were successful, but the articles never appeared "under review" or anywhere else. I didn't receive a rejection or an acceptance. I checked my junk mail as well as my in-box. I will resub...

This has recently become a problem for me, too. I'm sure the requesters think I'm one bolt short of a wagon, but I can't find the original request or determine who posted the reply to my Q/A. Most recently the requester complained that my article didn't show up when he looked for it. I have no way o...

Ed, I'm in a similar situation
The customer wants me to rewrite an article but can't figure out how to get it to me. I've asked him to contact support as I won't share my email address with him and get blasted for illicit contact. 8) The buyer is Mr Qwerty. Can you suggest any document upload sites or a way for him to put the art...

Confusion over rights
In the chart for buyers indicating which rights they are buying at each level, "Exclusive" clearly and unequivocally allows the buyer to take the author's name off the piece, rework it to his/her hearts' content, and even take credit for having written it. In the author's section it says t...

Article sold, then . . . not sold?
I submitted an article. It was approved quickly. I logged in to make sure it was intact (no, I don't trust the system  ) and found that it was listed as sold for single use. Yippee! And at a decent price! This morning I checked my content to see if I needed to change direction, and the article ...

I'm just a writer, too, but I'd like to add my vote to yours. It's hard enough to guess what the customers are looking for when they post requests and take the time to respond to questions. Most of the time I feel as if I'm shooting blind. A little guidance would save a lot of time and energy for ev...

Thanks for the response. That does kind of leave us in limbo, though, as we don't know what the status of the request might be. Do you have any advice regarding continuing to produce content for a request that's been withdrawn? I noticed that the customer I had in mind had purchased a couple of arti...

What happens to content requests when they leave the list?
Is there a way to find out whether the request has been filled or simply removed? It's a little frustrating to post something for a potential customer in the evening and come morning find that the listing is gone and all the posts with it. Any chance of a notification when a request has been withdra...
