I am new, so if this has been asked before, please forgive. I searched and couldn't find it, so I am barreling ahead. In the list of New Public Requests, is there a way that the "topic" or "title requested" could be what we see on the list instead of only "New Public Request...

When you are using the $0.06-0.09 per word as a go-by, are you including the CC 35% or should that be added to the figures or aproximately $0.08-$0.12?
