Re: Site Issues?
The site is still running slower than my dialup AOL connection, circa 1994. Documents I need to review aren't coming up or opening when I'm clicking them - has the site really been this broken since January, when I see the first posts about it?

Re: 2 week review time for a 400 word article?
Why are you thinking it will take another two weeks? Every time I've resubmitted an article, it's reviewed again very quickly. Your article will probably be up by tomorrow. I'm very happy for you that you've had that experience, Pellucidean, but that doesn't match my own. The editing times vary wil...

2 week review time for a 400 word article?
I'm *really* not happy this morning. I've been waiting TWO WEEKS for a single article to be reviewed and it just got chucked back to me today because the title wasn't in the content editor itself? Seriously? That's it? So I cut and paste a single line and now I have another two weeks of review to lo...

Re: Updated Request System
Oh great and wonderful CC overlords whose haircuts are looking particularly sharp today; Just a heads-up that "Portuguese" is spelled incorrectly at the bottom of the Writer Request Settings page :) -Delany eta: Also looks like there's a placeholder "replace_me" under surveying i...

Re: Reasonable value for our 35% fee?
Celeste & CC - thank you very much for your responses...it's encouraging to know that someone's listening! While I'm glad that research and development is being applied to making CC a harder nut for scrapers to crack, can you tell me why you guys don't auto-run plagiarism checkers on current art...

Reasonable value for our 35% fee?
While I'm grateful to have a forum to sell articles, I'm not really happy with the level of customer service on the site. In my opinion, articles should take -no longer- than five days to approve, period. Waiting 2-3 weeks to get an editor to look over a 500 word piece is insane, especially when the...

Re: Plagiarism Alert: http://everythingn.org - Check Your Work!
Hey Lysis - No, it isn't a typo, I imagine they set it up that way on purpose to snag people who actually made typos. I'm not sure if CC was the reason it got pulled - I got a very fast response to my message to them, so that was nice - or the fact that I left a nasty comment that essentially said t...

Plagiarism Alert: http://everythingn.org - Check Your Work!
Hey ladies and gents - I make a habit of googling the first line or two of my piece excerpts occasionally to see if anyone's swiping them, and http://everythingn.org showed up today. They swiped my entire excerpt on gold jewelry on the 10th, and it sure looks like everything else on there is CC exce...

Re: Are editors costing this site business?
Well I'm furious. I had to wait almost a WEEK to get a 700 word article for a public request even LOOKED at, and it got returned to me today for spacing between paragraphs ! Are you kidding me? I wrote the damn thing in word and I am positive appropriate spaces were in there! I rechecked after I got...

Re: Current Review Times?
I am also disappointed in the lack of expediency with the review process here. I find it troubling that I can conceivably sell a piece here and have the end client take it and use it for up to a full month before I ever personally see a dime, but getting a 700 word article glanced over within a week...
