Hello,
In the sentence "God had desired it to give me a strange illness, although it was/is not strange enough to warrant medical attention."
Assuming that the illness still exists at present, should it be "was" or "is"?

Please put word count column in catalog sales
In the "Writing Ideas" section where we get a peek at the most recently sold content here on the website, the title of the document, type, price, category, and date are seen. However, I would also like a word count column to be put if possible so that we can gauge just how long the sold ar...

Am I the only one who's seeing this?
Browse over to the "Classical Studies" sub category under "Arts and Culture" and you'll see a bunch of nonsense articles up for sale which just say "Test Test Test Test Test". Even worse, there is one article at the very bottom called "Submission to revise" an...

Can I still edit an already approved article?
If my article is already approved, can I still add some sentences or remove others in it?
Also, if I decide to edit an already approved articles, will the new changes have to go through an editor again?

Editing submitted articles
Quick question: does editing submitted articles bump you back to the back of the line for editorial review? Because a couple of articles of mine have been waiting for over a week now and I'm guessing maybe that's the reason for the delay.

about 24 to 48 hours average except on weekends when the editors take a break.
Also, submissions for a request are processed first compared to articles on spec (without a request)

Re: Online Spelling and Grammar Check
Hmm, it's probably not a good idea to send your article out into the wild for spelling and grammar checks, because there's no telling if someone might reuse it or something. Also, it no longer becomes unique if you make it available on other websites. Unless you plan on selling usage rights only, ke...

Re: How do we avoid wasting time?
I felt the same way at the beginning. I didn't get my first sale until my ninth article, which sold for 15 dollars. All of the articles I've written at that time were for public requests, so it was pretty disheartening. Fast forward a few months, only 3 of my first 9 articles are still up for sale, ...

Not enough details...
Ok, there's a public request currently up that wants authors to write movie reviews. However, the specific movies to review were never cited. It seems like something up my alley and the customer wants writers who could fit his bill to work for future projects, but I'm at a loss as to what to review....
