Money in account, no sold article?
I checked in today to see what was happening on my account. I don't seem to get emails anymore. When I logged in, it shows that I have a small amount of money due to me. It is totally baffling to me because I don't show any articles that sold, no notifications of anything sold and no emails about an...

I added another one after he bought the first and I didn't hear anything for a month. After about a month, he purchased the second one and then I wrote an...

Do I have to resubmit the article and wait for approval agai

This was for a public request. This is a huge payment for an article and I really want to make the sale. I made the changes bu...

Public request limits?
I have written several articles for public requests, but I am fairly new to the way things work here. Some of the public requests ask for more than one article. Does that mean that it is alright to write more than one article for that particular request or are there limits to how many we can write?

Public request, customer wants to see full article
I wrote an article for a public request. The customer wants to see the full article before making a decision. Is this the usual way to handle things? Something doesn't sound right about it. I have never done a customer request before and I don't want to lose my account for sending the entire article...
