Is it spam? Can't tell and afraid to open it
Hello- I received what appears to be a private request email that contains a link mentioning a "large file." It looks like spam and I'm afraid to open the link . Even the customer name sounds a little suspicious (autotwitterbot) and there's no indication that I can see that this person has...

Notifications missing?
Hello- I apologize if this question has already been asked and answered in the past. My question concerns my inbox and the little tab called "Notifications." I've been off of CC for awhile unfortunately, but now that I've come back on, the "notifications" tab shows as empty. It u...

Request not in the "submit" field
Hi- I'm a little confused. There's a public request I wanted to submit an article for. I don't have 5 articles yet so, I have to do it through the special "submit to a request" field, rather a direct request to the potential buyer. The request description says the request doesn't expire un...

Long Summary length
Hi- Regarding the Long Summary, I was thinking about for future articles submitting longer than 1/3 of the text for public requests. I know that some writers must not have had any problems with thieves doing that, but I guess I'm still a little nervous. The good is that maybe it will encourage a cus...

Requested article/word count is a little short
Hi-
If there is a request for a 600 word article, but you've written one and it's only 525 words - can you still submit it to the requestor? I'm afraid the quality will suffer if any fluff is added to equal the exact word count.
I'd appreciate any insight into this.
Thank you

Re: Bio Formatting
I'm not sure of a "Tech" thread per se. You could try reposting a new message in the Q & A section again. Wish I had the answer to your question.

Public request deadline today
Hi everyone- I had a question concerning public request deadlines. I submitted an article for a public request several days ago and the deadline is today. I know the editors are busy, but I still haven't heard back if the article was accepted. Has this happened to anyone else? Could I be out of luck...

Re: Bio Formatting
I had the same problem with trying to upload a profile image for a few weeks. It seems to be fixed now though.
I just went in this morning and was able to upload a bio image.
