Well, I'm never writing for the catalogue again
Hey guys, Someone who bought one of my articles a while back just recently alerted me that it is posted almost word-for-word on this site: http://maggycalteengs.com/2017/08/06/four-signs-that-you-should-consider-getting-dentures/ They also assume that *I* was the one who stole it from this blog, not...

Must be Ashley, says she is moving on to a new opportunity. It's too bad, she was really awesome to work with!

Re: Article Stolen from My Catalog
Just went digging back through my email and was surprised I still had the correspondence as this happened back in 2015. My articles were purchased from iWriter.
I show 100% of my content as I feel it probably helps my sales!

Re: Article Stolen from My Catalog
I'm sorry that this has happened to you and yes, please let us know how it goes! I have been in a similar situation before but it sorted itself out, thankfully. I had a client who I did some private work for and who also purchased a few articles from my catalog. However, he discovered that two of th...

Re: I hope it's okay to share my recent problem with a clien
Unfortunately there's not really a way to make someone get back into contact with you. I really hope this sale works out for you and I totally feel your pain. I had a client once ask me to write a this pitch page for an ebook and gave me an example page that included pictures and links and "buy...

Darn, sorry I missed your post but I guess I'll say it now in case you are still wondering or anyone else is: hyperlinks are totally fine to include, you shouldn't get a rejection for them.

Re: Quiet times here at Constant Content?
I guess I've been lucky... my private projects have greatly increased over the last couple of months, which has been incredibly helpful as I just moved out at the beginning of October and this is my only source of income. I have a few fantastic, steady clients that I hope never stop requesting work!...

Re: Can't post articles to second of two private requests
The request kept showing up as "6 of 5" and so on up to "10 of 5," but the second batch received approval this afternoon. Something must be working despite the odd-looking request title. Don't worry this is perfectly fine. I have a client who always sends me multiple-part reques...

Re: No More Usage Rights on Constant Content?
Honestly, my full rights to usage sales are at a ratio of 32:1, so this change doesn't really affect me at all. I guess buyers either want my work completely or not at all, and that was the trend even before I made my usage rights cost only 10% less than my full rights. In all my time on here I thin...

Re: Deleted Rejection
Don't worry that's totally fine, I've done it on more than one occasion for various reasons. Generally I just make edits and resubmit because I think it's faster and I think, personally, that resubmitting to the same editor (I assume it goes to the same editor) should increase your chances of an acc...

Re: Is there a delay in reviewing articles?
I noticed a bit of a delay over the weekend. Usually my private request submissions get looked at overnight, but a few that I had submitted on Friday evening didn't get approved till early Monday morning, which was odd. 6 days is a pretty long time for a request submission! I would say get your clie...

Re: What the actual heck?!
When you're doing list articles like that you really have to bulk up the content under each point. In my experience you don't have to go as high as a hundred words each, but at least around 40 is a must. 60 - 90 words under each heading is my usual length. I've gotten away with around 25 words a top...

Re: Zozi Team
We are instructed to log into the client's site and upload work there. Really? I kind of ended up a part of this project indirectly I guess. I was given a private request that I think someone else either couldn't do or gave up on and submitted it yesterday. It was very tough for me to get done on t...

Re: Have you ever had your article accepted verbatim?
I am pretty much 100% positive that editors do not make any changes to the accepted articles, especially not those destined for the catalog. I don't spend too much time looking at my accepted articles but I do once in a while and haven't noticed any changes. If it gets through the way you wrote it t...
