Agree with the scuba qualifications (except I'm NAUI certified not PADI), and I think there should be an "other" option where we can fill in our own qualifications that might be quite specialized or uncommon (for instance, I'm a BATD certified dance instructor in tap and jazz, but I can't ...

I had an editor tell me that Oxford commas are not necessary with two simple, independent clauses. So I would write, "Beat the egg and and slowly add the milk" with no comma. But I'd use a comma for a more complex sentence, or one with a change in subject, such as "He thought she was ...
