Constant Content

I need to revise and resubmit an article and one of the problems is in the title. However, when I try to edit the content, it does not allow me to edit the title. How can I get around this?

I am new to CC and have three approved articles, and 5 more awaiting review. I would like to write articles on politics and current events and am looking for some guidance on what is acceptable. This article was rejected for "editorial content", but I am confused as to what, exactly, that ...
