Re: How to Sell More Articles
My thanks also for this information. I am still fairly new and have only submitted a couple of articles to test the waters and learn the ins and outs of the submission process. I haven't sold anything despite trying to submit to areas listed as standing requests and have begun to wonder whether perh...

Re: Disclaimers ?
it's a good question; perhaps Support could advise. I have included a disclaimer with a health article; most sites carry their own disclaimers nowadays but how does one know where one's article might end up. And although I too would prefer to sell for full rights, CC requires that you give the optio...

Re: Does one have to include title and byline in Content Edi
Hi, How do you put the byline in? CC"s instructions say don't put it in the title line and when I have put the byline on the next line, as per Celeste Stewart's template, a paragraph space is now created in the new Content Editor format. This big space looks a bit odd to me so in the end I have...

Re: What are we missing?
I too am a lawyer - Australian - but couldn't see an appropriate category that I could tick. For us in Australia, we say admitted as a solicitor or barrister, or both. I am also a librarian - for me this is a Graduate Diploma - ie we do this after a tertiary level degree. A diploma is of more weight...

Re: Problem with Input in Content Editor
HI I am very new here and trying to submit initial articles. I too am experiencing similar problems with the Long Summary and know of no way to fix the apostrophes or the mark-up appearing between sentences. I too have deleted and re-inputted material to no avail. I found this happening today - the ...

Does one have to include title and byline in Content Editor?
Hi, Do the title and byline need to be included in the Content Editor in the new submission form? Or are people only inserting their text in the Content Editor and leaving the title and byline to automatically display on the SEO preview page? Or putting their "By" Line at the top of the Co...

Re: Long Summary
HI Lysis, yes I meant the Content Editor. I think that my content looks to display correctly there in the Content Editor - I had in fact followed advice about the paragraph spacing given by you in an earlier reply on this forum; thank you very much. But I still find that, similar to others who have ...

Long Summary
HI I am new here and have been struggling with the new submission form but after reading several posts and replies on the forums, I think I have re-solved most of my issues, which were primarily to do with how the formatting of one's text displays in the Content box. However, I can now see that the ...

Thank you
The ways you describe are my preferred options too but I am starting second guess myself as I am new to the CC forum and cannot see how submitted material is set out.

Formatting subheadings
HI, If using subheadings, should they have a full stop at the end? I have been taught not to do this but have seen articles where the period is used. And, of course, without a full stop, you may have a proper sentence but no full stop, which then raises grammatical issues. OPTION 1 - NO FULL STOP AF...

Re: Confusing rejection reasons
Hi Another possibility - or maybe something just to keep in mind for future topics - is to write things by saying eg First, ... Next, ... /The next step is ... so that it is not in list form. The template that Celeste Stewart has provided on an earlier occasion set material out like this. I am new a...

Re: Byline... help!
Hi Here is a link to a url for a template that Constant Content has provided previously. http://www.constant-content.com/about/sample-article-writers.htm - trying pasting the url into the Internet browser bar. And here is an extract in case the link doesn't work. My undersatnding is that the "b...

Re: Bullet points - again
Thank you Barry. I will dispense with the indenting. It does make life simpler. I can see I will have a learning curve not only in trying to produce a draft (content) but in ensuring the formatting stays consistent when material is uploaded. I have some experience in the difficulties that can creep ...

Bullet points - again
HI I am new here and wonder whether someone more experienced could give me some additional guidance in relation to the use of bullet points. (I have read a number of prior posts on the topic.) May I indent bullet points as per below: "Here are 5 smart tips for healthy living through better nutr...
