Does the Purchase Rating update automatically?

Hi, I was submitting articles for a client with a Purchase Rating of 0. It's now been well over 3 days since the first of my articles was approved by CC, but no sales yet. And the client's Purchase Rating is still 0. I'm wondering whether it's possible they're buying other articles but just not mine...

Thanks, all -- it helps to see how people are using the system to their advantage.

I guess I'll have to stop thinking about the "Best Offer" checkbox as "best
offer" and think of it instead as, "Make me an offer and I'll see what I think."

I think that CC will accept any Word doc. But I wonder -- does anybody know what clients prefer? I ask because I'm new here. I've been using Wordpad and submitting plain ASCII files because I'm assuming that all our articles are for websites. And for my own sites, I write in Wordpad and then use a p...

Hi, Linda, did you check the "Best Offer" button when you submitted your article? I ask because I'm new to this site also and still learning the rope. To me, checking that block is equivalent to saying I'll take whatever they want to give me. In which case, why even complete the price bloc...

Hi, But how do you access Pay Pal at all from a PC in The Philippines? When I tried a few years ago, my Pay Pal account was suspended until I returned to the US and had to go through some paperwork to be unsuspended. If Pay Pal were accessible from a Philippines-based IP address, then I wouldn't hav...

As a visitor to The Philippines who plans to live there someday and as someone who once had their Pay Pal account suspended for attempting to transfer money out of it while in your country . . . I understand your problem and hope CC can do something soon. Does Xoom transfer funds directly to your pe...

Thank you, Constant Content

Hi, I thought I should show some appreciation. I discovered CC back in December but didn't really grasp the possibilities and didn't focus on it until a few weeks ago. I had a couple of sales adding up to about $40. Today I got another sale, putting my total over the $50 threshhold, but I figured I ...

Thanks, JA, I'm not trying to tick anybody off - it's just frustrating when so much is not clear and I have to guess about what they're telling me I'll be paid for so many words. I do think it'd be better for both writers and clients for CC to find some way to facilitate communication between writer...

I'm wondering about this too. Is there a way for buyers to answer our questions? I've never seen an answer to mine. Do they come by email? Maybe I'm dense or maybe I'm just new -- but I find many and maybe most public requests confusing and contradictory and in need of additional explanation of thei...

best offer

Hi, I'm still new to CC and learning the ropes. I'm confused by the "best offer" option. If you check that, it seems that you shouldn't put any amounts in the usuage and other rights fields, since you're saying you'll accept best offer and therefore have no room to bargain. So it seems an ...
