If I have an article that would fit more than one request can I offer it to more than one requestor at a time?
If not, how long is an appropriate length of time to wait after submitting to one and not hearing anything, before submitting to another?

What Does Status: Unfinished mean?
OK. I am still having the same problem with uploading files but found that sometimes the article shows up anyway as "unfinished". The article (file) is there. I don't know what this means or how to change the status.
Any ideas?

OK. I was able to post from a different computer, so the problem must be somewhere on my end. After posting from the other computer I checked and several of my previous attempts seemed to have worked. There were several copies of one article. I deleted the extras. I tried to post from my computer ag...

Yes, I have read the instructions in the tutorial several time now thinking I must have missed SOMETHING. I'm not sure what the problem is. I choose browse and elect my file. I can't upload my aricle. Help!
I am trying to post my first article. I choose browse, select my file and click on upload file. Then when I click Complete Subission I get and error box that says I need to upload a file. HELP!
