If I have an article that would fit more than one request can I offer it to more than one requestor at a time?

If not, how long is an appropriate length of time to wait after submitting to one and not hearing anything, before submitting to another?

Can I offer articles through Constant Content that I have published elsewhere, provided I own the full copyright?

I do all of that and when I get to this part: The file will upload and it will take you to a page where you will see a red message at the top. It should say, "Uploaded Successfully." I don't get that message. It has something to do with my computer but I don't know what. It works fine when...

OK. I am still having the same problem with uploading files but found that sometimes the article shows up anyway as "unfinished". The article (file) is there. I don't know what this means or how to change the status.

Any ideas?

I am trying to post my first article. I choose browse, select my file and click on upload file. Then when I click Complete Subission I get and error box that says I need to upload a file. HELP!
