I think I must be missing something here. If I submit content that someone has asked for in the "requested content" section of CC and it goes into general circulation, does the requester have any idea it's there?

Am I missing something or is this how it works?

I had this same question as it wasn't clear to me.

Just to clarify, if the buyer requests say 10 x 100 word blog posts and that is classified as a single article, I would then submit that as an article as I would any other "normal" article?
