I'm was born and raised in West Palm Beach, Fl. but got my kids the heck out of there. We now live in a much smaller, much safer, country town. We live in Poplar Bluff, MO. I miss the beach slightly, but MO makes up for it with their shark and jellyfish free lakes.

I wonder why a fee is being taken out anyway? Is it the type of account CC has with paypal? I know when I get paid from another content writing site, I do not have any fees taken out of my payments.
