I read on another thread that the phone number for CC is listed in the Canada Yellow Pages. Perhaps a phone call? WG~

My experience has been that support responds when they have an answer to your email. Sometimes, I never get a response, while other times, I get one days or weeks later. Hang in there. I know it is tough. My guess is that they still haven't figured out a solution for this problem.

Yes, same problem and same message last month. Sent emails back and forth with both CC and Stripe. Neither one was helpful. I did troubleshoot and figured out that all you need to do is go back to the original link CC sent you to get back into Stripe. That link is your log in. You should get paid th...

No notice from either CC or Stripe, but I just got paid. I checked my Stripe account. The money is there now. I hope this means other writers have also been paid. WG~

I did not like the risk of giving my banking details to CC, either, so I waited until they came up with Stripe. It makes absolutely no sense to send bank account numbers through email! Easy fix for CC, but risky for writers. I do think that CC will put a new system in place for UK and international ...

Hopefully, this issue makes it to CC's to-do list. You should have access to unsold articles. I hope someone from CC sees this thread soon.....

Hey, you are right. The usage articles are frozen and have been for a few years. The ones I can access are full rights. It has something to do with not wanting writers to changes prices once an article has sold for usage.

I just checked a few from 2013, 2011, and 2006 and no problems. Hopefully, this gets ironed out for you soon.
