Re: Green font color on new site
I know there are a few issues with the new site that need to be worked out, but the new design looks so much more professional than the old one, and it's much easier to use on my tablet. Well done CC

Re: Block Offers from Specific Customers
I don't think that's fair tbh. How would you like it if you were a customer on like Ebay and you get the message: "seller has blocked you from ever making offers to any of their products." Idk that would just drive customers away. And if customers get driven away then we start selling les...

Writer Pool Problems
So yesterday I received an email saying some articles were available to be claimed in a writer pool and they needed to be in by Monday. I claimed four of the articles and got all the info/research together so I could write them over the weekend. A few hours later I got another email saying that the ...

Re: Issues adjusting license prices or adding keywords
Yep, it's really annoying. We used to be able to experiment with prices and keywords, knowing that we could change them later if they didn't work. Now we're stuck with them forever and ever and ever

Re: Holiday?
I don't understand why they can't just drop us a note in the forum when payments are going to be late, especially as emails don't seem to reach CC anymore...communication has gone downhill fast here.

Re: Pool Request Articles Still in View Status
Oddly, one of them sold right after I posted on here (still one sitting there). It wasn't the restaurant pool, and that sounds really unfair...think I might just stick to writing for the catalogue for a while!

Pool Request Articles Still in View Status
Anyone else having issues with writer pool articles sitting unsold? I don't mind taking some of the less well-paid writer pool requests because they're usually a guaranteed sale, but I've had two out of three articles I did for a request just sitting there in 'view' status for nearly two weeks now. ...

Block Offers from Specific Customers
I used to allow offers on all articles...it was a good way to make multiple sales for usage and I could always reject low ball offers. But I stopped allowing offers because of one customer that continually makes offers on scores of articles at a time and then never buys anything...it's just a waste ...

Re: Improving A Poor Sales Rate
I sell well over two thirds of my articles on here eventually, but less than half those sales are within the first six months. Sales really do seem to happen in cycles...there are times when I've written 10 or 20 articles and only sold one of them, but then a few months later a customer comes along ...

Re: Rejected because wrong format for document name
I woke up to exactly the same rejection message. I don't understand why they couldn't just delete the attached file instead of kicking it back...I've had to take twenty minutes out of my day to fire up the laptop and hunt down an internet connection just to delete a file that I only added because th...

Re: Rejected because wrong format for document name
Ahh, oh dear, then I've done it wrong too! I just attached the file to my submission and put the article title in the title field. Looks like I'll have to go back and change it. CC need better communication on these things.

Re: Rejected because wrong format for document name
If you look at the request details there should be a few extra details underneath...one of these says 'Source name'. E.g. on one of the requests I'm doing for this client the source name is Morris Furniture - I'm assuming that's the ProvidedSourceName they're asking for. I could be wrong though, so ...

I just came here to ask that very same thing. It looked dodgy to me and I didn't click the link.
