Thanks I will. I sent a second email demanding they remove the article or that Jason Ladock go to CC and purchase the article for usage. Am I correct that when an article is purchased for usage the author retains all rights including the byline?
I appreciate your help.

Re: Licensing question
I tried to email the healthguidance.org site. It was returned undeliverable. Below is verbatim the way I composed the email and the email address I used <www.admin@healthguidance.org> : "I may be contacting the wrong department at http://www.admin@healthguidance.org. If so please forward this e...

Re: Licensing question
My understanding of "usage" is a buyer may buy an article "for use only" and the author retains all rights including credit when posted on the buyer's website. I just discovered an article I wrote that sold for usage on someone's website with his name as the author. It is verbati...

Adding image to accepted article
I have an article that has been accepted. I would like to add an image to that article. Can that be done and if so how? I checked FAQ but didn't see any reference.
Thanks, Jane

I have been submitting articles to Associated Content and have been paid there for several articles. Have you ever written for AC? I will check out the articles ou have on CC. I like read...

Article accepted on CC; can I submit to AC for use only
I have an article on CC that has been accepted. It is for usage, unique or full rights. Can I subit that on AC as non-exclusive? If I cannot do that, if I revise the article for usage only, is it then acceptable since it has been accepted on CC to submit it to AC as non-exlusive? I know that I read ...

Celeste, thanks for your reply. The only problem, is the article on CC is for usage only since it was printed in a magazine/paper before and it has not sold on CC. I submitted it as non-exlcusive on AC. On CC I always copy the whole article for review. Do peolpe actually take those and put them on t...

What is AC
I have two articles for usage rights on CC. I submitted those two articles to AC for as non-exclusive. AC accepted one and paid me a minimal amount for it. However, the other one was rejected for payment. I was told it is because the article is online under another name. I don't understand how that ...
