Re: Wordsplosion!

That is why I created www.berryit.com. Hopefully we can begin to put some pressure on the content providers to up the standard a bit. A lot of it is just typos and common errors but still there are a lot of foreigners who barely speak English who are putting this content on the web.

Re: Wordsplosion!

Does anyone else cringe when they see things like that? I do. I really hate to visit websites, especially business websites, with misspelled words. Anyway, I have created a site that will allow anyone to do something about it, even if it's just symbolical. What you do is visit http://www.berryit.com...

A few tips if you are new to web design. Stick with Wordpress. If you don't you'll spend a lot of hours designing a site that will probably be ugly and not get a lot of attention. Buy your domain name for at least two years (don't want to get sandboxed by Google) Hosting at Godaddy is only 6.95 per ...

I would suggest that anyone wanting to start a writer's website use Wordpress. Here are a few reasons why. 1. Easy set up. 2. Tons of free templates. 3. Tons of free widgets. 4. Google loves to index blogs. 5. Easy to create posts and promote yourself. If anyone needs any help just ask. I would reco...

Download a free copy of readplease. Sorry i don't have the link. I have used it to catch many mistakes. You copy and paste your article and then a computer voice (pretty decent) reads your article back to you. Also helps with flow.

I had a renewable energy article bought. I guess it was by this requestor. I happened to be on CC when the request came in and already had notes from another project. I submitted it and caught Ed at a good time and it was approved quickly. I then submitted to the requestor and it was bought fairly q...

Ed i don't think you're wrong about anything. I honestly think you work very hard, are very fair, and I'm not afraid of being rejected by you because we don't agree. Anyway, my original post was aimed toward constant and not you. You just gave your opinion. i respect that. Oh and if anyone wants to ...

Hello Jess5, You've hit upon my point perfectly. Be wary lest ye fall! It's not a cult, however, there are writers on this site that make a good living doing this and they don't want any negative press. You'll find that the top writers and sellers are also the most helpful. They have something to pr...

I think we all agree that CC is the best. But, we're preaching to the choir here on the forums. There is a lot of misinformation out there that potential customers could read and we're crazy to think that people just overlook negative information, especially on the web. I posted a blog post on my bl...

Annetta you've made my point. No one will "test" tainted tuna and anyone who does lacks more than observational skills. Constant, I apologize for caring. I just didn't like the fact the information was erroneous and I just thought you should know. I won't make that mistake again. As an asi...

Point taken Ed but here is my contention. Suppose I tell you that I heard Buble Bee tuna is tainted with E-coli, you call Bumble Bee and they deny it, you do a web search and nothing shows up, you even feed it to a cat and nothing happens. But aren't you always gonna be a little wary when you eat tu...

Ed I agree that if I want my site to rank well in search engine rankings that I will not use duplicate content. However, these people and this particular gentleman who submitted my article (his after he purchased it) to the free article site only cares about accidental conversions. They know a free ...

What I have seen with some of my works is a person buys full rights and then puts it up on a free article site. They have a link at the bottom of the page that leads to their website. One of my works is on over 100 pages so that's 100 sites that this person has their link on. It may not impress Goog...
