Re: Article Sold for Usage and Used Multiple Times
I would class it as multiple usage. If they wanted to place it in other locations they should have either purchased full rights or more than one usage license.

Re: Plagiarism rejection for unpublished content
I bought an article from here ages ago and when I later decided that it didn't fit my needs, I submitted it for sale again with no problems. So I doubt that would be the issue. It's likely been online somewhere and is showing up in the search engines - maybe even as a cached result.

Re: 1200 words for under $60?
That's just under the rate I charge clients in the world outside of CC. So I guess writers all have their own rates that they're happy with.

Re: Pool Request Articles Still in View Status
If it's the guest posts with weird titles you're talking about, the client emailed me last week sometime apologising for the delay and saying she would get through them all soon.

Project Confusion
I'm working on some of the articles for Melissa Caldie, and I'm a bit confused about her instructions. The brief says that she has included a source for us to link to, but I can't find this on any of the articles I've claimed. Can anyone who has taken some of these give me an idea as to what she wan...

Re: Anyone doing these G/O Digital Requests?
hehe I know cc has some people drop credits in their account to back up the job, but I don't know. This job had all kinds of bad written on it. Long gone are the days of spitting out massive amount of unrelated content for adsense clicks. That stuff just doesn't work anymore. rip Suite101 I went th...

Re: Anyone doing these G/O Digital Requests?
Is it normal for articles that can be 'claimed' with the yellow button to not be bought by the customer requesting them? I thought that if you claimed articles in that way it was generally assumed they would end up buying the piece (unless of course you seriously botched it or something)… Honestly,...

Re: Anyone doing these G/O Digital Requests?
Well, I woke up this morning saying one of them had sold. But, when I checked, it wasn't to the original client who ordered the content. So, what I'm wondering is if the new buyer is working with the original client, or if the article was just returned to the general catalogue after it went a week w...

Re: Elance?
I'm on Elance too and have picked up some great clients through it that I still work for to this day. I don't pay out for credits now, but I do try to use up all of my monthly allowance. I also don't price low, but I back up my bids with links to articles I've written which show why I am good for a ...

I'm still waiting on a sale.Word Gypsy wrote:I wouldn't worry. I think the sales will go through with this client. It might just be a case of a single individual completing the buying process, and actually reading each article first. Happy writing! WG

Re: Anyone doing these G/O Digital Requests?
I submitted four articles today. Two have already been accepted, and they sold just a couple hours later. Is anyone seeing sales? I've completed four of these now, one of which was submitted over a week ago. They've all been accepted by CC but none have been bought by the client. Should I be worried?

Re: Re-submitting Rejected Articles
I think there are some technical errors with the site at the moment. The other night I tried resubmitting an article about five times and kept getting banned for security issues. I had to email it in the end.
