Re: May we have an update re. Payment Processor Issues?
I'm in Australia. I've been with CC for 8+ years. I also have several private clients in the US, Canada and the UK. Those that don't pay me via PayPal choose to pay me through Payoneer. Never had a problem with any other international client before now. BUT.... with this particular platform, I'm sti...

Re: Stripe Account
I'm in Australia. Our banking products and services are in line with European banking practices - and significantly more advanced than US banking practices. The fact that I've dealt with this platform for more than 8 years and never had a problem being paid is really frustrating. I've emailed their ...

What would you do?
I received a great private offer from a client requesting regular writing work via the private messaging system here on CC a couple weeks ago. I read the message the day it was received. I really wanted to accept the work, as it's within my field of expertise. As I haven't been paid by CC since June...

Re: May we have an update re. Payment Processor Issues?
I received an update requesting my international SWIFT payment information after being advised that international writers can't receive payments via Stripe. I provided the information requested. I got no response from their 'support' staff and no payment. I still haven't been paid since June 2020.

Re: Stripe Account
I haven't been paid since June 2020. The clients have paid money. They've published the articles they think they've purchased. But the writer hasn't been paid.
This is getting ridiculous.

Re: Payments delayed?
It seems they are just completely unwilling to pay international writers at all. I've emailed multiple payment options to the 'support' email that various other clients in the US and UK use to pay me successfully (that aren't Paypal or Stripe) and I've received ZERO response at all from their 'suppo...

Re: Seasonal?
I've kept detailed records of everything I put into the catalog, sold, for how much, when, etc. as I like evidence-based action. I wish I'd done this when I joined CC. I didn't. It would have been incredibly helpful for a number of reasons. I have relatively few articles remaining in my catalog (I ...

Oh, that's just scary! With 22 million users, that's a big bug problem!

Re: Complete record of sales?
Under the 'Settings' tab (looks like a little cog wheel) dropdown menu is an option for "My Sales". It should show you all your sales, the amount the piece sold for (before CC fee is taken out) and the date it sold.
I hope this helps

Re: Is the referral system still active?
Support advised me back in February that the affiliate program was no longer active. Oh, how disappointing. I have a huge number of referred writers who were doing really well. I wondered why I hadn't seen some excess payments from them in a while. Now that I've seen this, I guess I'll stop promoti...

Re: Quiet times here at Constant Content?
Summer can be slow here... You'll be amazed at how early seasonal content starts selling. Okay, but during non-summer months would you all say that you're making a regular income or more like extra spending money? I would really like to gauge just how much return I can expect to see from my efforts...

Re: Writer Pool Sales
It's common for some clients to order large batches of articles with tight 4 day deadlines. If you pick them up and strive to get them completed on time, you'll often find some clients will subsequently ignore whatever you've submitted for 2-3 weeks before buying them all in one big batch. It's anno...

A good way is to hit different angles with the same research. Ex: with your flat abs example, you can have 'best exercises for flat abs', 'quick routine for flat abs'(focusing on quicker exercises), 'get flat abs with no machines/weights'(only bodyweight exercises), 'foods to avoid if you want flat...
