I have a question: since CC does not allow us to include URL addresses in our articles, how do we cite the online sources of our research?

Can We Submit Content in Q&A format?
I noticed that the writers' guidelines say that our submissions must have a beginning, middle, end as well as an introduction and a conclusion. Does this mean that we cannot submit articles that are in Q&A format, and that all our articles must be straight, continuous exposition?
