Does anyone know the rules on this? Should I not put any website addresses into an article? Or should I just avoid leaving embedded links?

Would trust be an issue here? I think I will follow the idea to post the entire article all the time. If it works I won't question it. Just wondered if the ideas or article might be stolen.
