in my account i can see some Public requests. How am i to answer them? i don't want to ask any further questions. I just want to say 'accepted' how am i to do this. My account has no such specific link. Please help

i got certain requests via email - how should i answer them? Should i be sending back an email ? what and how should i do this. Please help me. Am new out here
