One of my unsold CC articles is posted online
Hello. I've just discovered that an article I wrote for a Constant Content request (the article was not purchased) is currently published on line in its entirety. I was not paid for the article and it still shows as for sale (offered at all 3 levels of pricing) on my Constant Content account. It has...

Re: Submitted e-book for a request
Hi Evelyn.
Thanks for your reply. It's pretty much what I thought as I write for some other websites who would definitely eject a writer for releasing work to the publishers without going through the website. I'll do as you suggest. Take care.

Submitted e-book for a request
Hello. Last Thursday, I submitted an e-book specifically for a public request (and marked it as such). As a courtesy, I responded to the customer who had requested the e-book, informing him I had submitted it and covered all the points he'd requested. I told him I didn't know how long it would be be...

Re: Question About Receiving an Offer
Hi jak. I guess I didn't make myself clear. The message came through CC's messaging system, not directly to my email address. I did receive the initial notification email from CC telling me I had a message, so I clicked on it. The name of the prospective purchaser was listed as "something"...

Re: Requesting Assistance from Constant Content Staff Please
Ed,
Thank you so much for your prompt reply. That sounds very strange to me. I've been writing articles for the internet for quite some time and never had that happen. And to think they made the same offer twice with no real intention of buying!
Thanks again.
Rita C.

Requesting Assistance from Constant Content Staff Please
I received 2 emails a few days ago offering me a reduced amount for one of my articles that has been posted here on CC for a few months. As this was the first time this has happened, I'm not quite sure if I handled it correctly. To complicate things, I believe the email got sent twice as I received ...

What if I delete an article...
Hi. I was wondering, I have a political article posted for a public request that was not purchased (2 others that I wrote were purchased by the requestor). I really believe I can sell it elsewhere. So, that's my question, can I, in fact just press the "delete" and it's gone forever from CC...

Thanks, Celeste and Elizabeth! I will definitely use the 'save as' function and save it in an earlier Word format and try again. I do appreciate your suggestion, Elizabeth, about using the other software. In fact, I may check out the equivalent to Publisher to see how it works. Thanks again. Pearl G...

Rejection of an Article
Hello. I have just received a second rejection of my article, "Unique Baby Gifts." I initially submitted it in Works and was told it had to be in Word. So, I went out and bought Word 2007 and re-submitted it. It was rejected again--I was then told I need to use an "acceptable file for...

How do I submit an article for a Public Request?
Hello. Me again. I just tried to submit an article for a public request but can't figure out how to mark it for a public request. That choice is not offered in the drop down box at the top. I clicked on "private request", thinking it might give me a choice for public request, but it didn't...

Proper Way to Include my Name
I've been reading all the posts and came across this one. I am confused about how to place my name on my articles at the time of submission. I put it on two articles and they were both rejected, stating that I included my byline. So, I am curious, how did you get your names on yours? I thought they ...
