Thanks! But, is anyone still allowed to buy it with full-rights? Should I change the listing if they can't do that any longer, or does Constant Content do that automatically?

Newbie question about sold content
I am new here and I just sold my first article for usage rights. Does that mean I should remove it from being able to be sold for unique or full rights? Or, does Constant Content take care of that for me. I don't want someone to think they have an exclusive article if it's already been sold and used.

I've had my article rejected twice for not saving changes. But, I know that I definitely saved the changes especially the last time when I saved it 5 times.
