How long does it take for a submitted illustration to get reviewed? I submitted one at the end of
March, but I expected that it would have been reviewed by now.

Thank you for your reply. Now, how do I go about putting my illustrations in a vector file? I have no clue as to how to do this.
Any suggestions? I'm not that good at technical stuff, so, please try to explain the process as simply as you can.

Can somebody please tell me why my illustration "Roses" was just rejected. I sent it in as a JPEG image, 410KB. I thought CC accepted JPEG format. Please don't tell me to send it in as a vector file as I have NO idea how to put in into this type of format. I would appreciate any advice any...

Solaris, can you tell me what a vector format is. I have jpg as one of my selections in my scanner, but I don't see vector mentioned anywhere and I don't know what it is. Can you please tell me so I can start submitting illustrations. I have an HP scanner, if that helps you.

Hi! I don't know the answer to your question, but I just had my first illustration rejected and I think it was because I sent it in a jpg file. Can someone here explain to me what an EPS file is? My first illustration submitted to CC was rejected. Since I was told to read the illustration guidelines, and since my illustration was not in an EPS file (whatever that is), I'm guessing my illustration was rejected because it wasn't in an EPS fil...

Thanks for your responses. I've emailed CC staff members asking them why the illustration I submitted on September 28th is still under review, but nobody has gotten back to me yet. How can I find out what's going on with illustration submissions? Who can I ask?

Can someone tell me why my recent illustration submission has not yet gone from "review" to "view"? My illustration titled "Roses" was posted on September 28, 2008. Does it normally take this long to be approved?

Thanks for your answer, Celeste. I think five downloads for usage of one article is pretty good. If you list an article for $25 for use and sell it five times, I feel you've made a decent amount of money for a one-time work effort.
