I edited and re-submitted an article two days ago, but can't do it today. Does anyone know why? Is there a glitch right now, or am I doing something wrong? I edited in the template and it wouldn't submit, so I tried uploading it in a new doc file and that didn't work either. Any suggestions? Thanks.

I just got my first article accepted and would like to apply for several Expert Groups. Does anyone have tips for applying? Are certificates always required or can experience be substituted?
