Greetings from Texas

Post by CivChild »

Fairly recently I got into the online-writing biz and still feel as if I'm learning to swim for the first time. Nevertheless, the writer in me still thinks it is worth the effort, especially considering my many eclectic tastes. just one article so far, but hopefully over time this will all pay off as I produce more and more.

Any science-fiction lovers here? I've been wondering lately whether there's any demand for sci-fi articles.

Welcome CivChild.

I think there are one or two people here working on novels (probably a lot more who don't own up to it  ). CC is not for fiction, but you can write about fiction. However, I am told articles about writing do not sell too well for some reason (though they do get a fair share of views as far as I can see).

I'm more into history and light fantasy (or very good epic fantasy like The Lord of the Rings), rather than sci-fi. Or does sci-fi cover fantasy too in the US?

Best of luck with your articles! It's good to be eclectic.
