Hello from Scotland!

I am really loving writing for CC though still nervous about getting articles accepted! I really appreciate the help I've already found from the forum especially re. rejections (only one so far - huge relief!)

It's good that offers are starting to come in, but please could someone kind talk me through the accept/reject process? What exactly do I need to do? Cos what I'm doing doesn't seem right.

What have you tried so far? Basically, you just choose Accept or Reject on the offers page and then wait to see if the customer follows through.

Thanks Antonia and apologies for the delay. The confusion is because the three offers I received are all showing as waiting. I thought I'd rejected one. I received two offers for the same price on the same article from the same customer, and thought I'd accepted it the first time and the second time by pressing accepted. Is it simply that the customer hasn't followed through that the article is still waiting?

That's right - once you've accepted an offer, the customer still has to come back and pay for it (it doesn't happen automatically). Occasionally they change their minds but I'm keeping my fingers crossed yours will follow through!
