Hi everyone,

I joined CC just yesterday. Haven't submitted anything yet but warming up to it -- inertia, I guess. Anyway, I'm here now and I hope to enjoy myself -- and make some money in the process.

Since you guys have been here long before me, I'd appreciate a point in some direction here.

I write on health and fitness related topics, online marketing, motivational, and general topics on request -- have to research though.

I still live in Singapore (last time I checked), I love what I do, and I'd love to make some nice friends. That'll be all for now.

About the direction...

Hi delivite, and welcome. Your subjects should do well here. You'll need some patience to begin with. The advice is to make sure you understand the guidelines before you submit, so that your work won't be rejected for non-compliance. Reading through the forums helps as well as you may have questions that have been answered before. Submit your first article after proofing it well and making sure it's as perfect as can be, then wait for it to be accepted before submitting more. Actually you can submit up to three as a first timer, but most of us think it would be better to start with just one.

You have the choice of writing for requests or writing whatever you feel like. Once you've got your first acceptance, check out the public requests and see if you'd like to compete on any of those. They get priority on review time so you'll hear back quicker.
