I am new here, heard many nice things about this site. I am doing writing assignments on odesk. So i am looking for better pay and opportunites.Any advise would be welcome.

Hi Amy, and welcome. The best advice anyone can give you is to make sure your are familiar with the guidelines for authors before you submit. You can find them in Help and you really need to do lots of reading in there first. Also you can learn loads by just reading through the forum threads. Once you do submit and have articles accepted, you need to be patient and wait for the sales. They tend to escalate as your portfolio grows and then your earnings will surely overtake what you get elsewhere.. So don't give up your other income sources just yet, but fit in a smuch as you can for CC alongside.
