Question I have is, when you submit an article for sale, how long does it undergo review before it shows up? I can't seem to find that anywhere in FAQ or here, unless I just overlooked it.

I found it, said 3 to 5 days.

It depends on the workload in the editorial queue.

Hi Jonathan and welcome. JD is right. The review times can vary a lot. Just remember the difference between submitting here and to print editors (who can take months to accept or reject) and be thankful.
