Hello there, I've been writing for Helium and Associated Content for a little over a year now, and am looking forward to expanding my writing career here. I will admit that I am slightly terrified of submitting my first article here, and making sure I'm pricing it correctly and everything else. Any advice is appreciated.

I really enjoy writing, and that is why I do it. I have written over 900 articles at Helium, and just about 35-36 at Associated Content. I have enjoyed every minute of it, too. I hope that writing here is just as enjoyable, and I look forward to it.

Hi edoxie, and welcome. You'll find standards quite a bit higher here, so you need to read and understand all the guidelines, and proofread your work carefully before submitting. If you have a good grasp of English grammar and spelling, you should be fine.
