Today I plucked up the courage to submit my first article, yay! Had to wrestle the submission form into submission (is that why it's called a submission form?) but finally succeeded! So I thought I'd better poke my head in here now to say "Hola!"
What else can I say? I'm a Chartered Civil Engineer by profession and started "dabbling" in paid writing work a few years ago, articles for magazines etc.
Have been prostituting my writing services on a well-known freelancing site for a couple of months now and picked up quite a few diseases I mean weird and wonderful assignments as a result. It's truly amazing the things that I have got by thus far in life NOT knowing about
