I wanted to take a minute to introduce myself. My name is Breidi and I am a single mom and full time office manager. I also home school my ten year old son... I love to write and absolutel love this site. I need to say a special thanks to the editors who have been great since I have been here. I know I have a lot to learn and I will try to edit my submissions more throughly..(I have a difficult time editing myself) This site has been great so far. I feel I have a chance to express myself as well as read other writers work. There are some here that are just awesome! I commend you all. I write in my free time and late at night just because I love it. For those of you who write for a living I envy you. Maybe one day I will get to that point but for now I will just enjoy writing when I can. Thank you again and I look forward to meeting some of you!

That is why I love bed time...I don't sleep much, but while he sleeps I get to write!

Honestly don't know how you do that. I stay at home and homeschool my three kids. But I don't work outside the home. Thank god for writing. It's at least gotten me some extra money when we've needed it. Welcome to CC! It's friendly here and I like the professionalism here. Take care.

I do it cause I have to... I just happen to have an awesome child and if it wasn't for that fact there are some days when I think I would just give up. I have been blessed that those days are few and far between. Thank you for the kind welcoming.

where at in Virginia? I grew up in Virginia Beach. My parents still live there and I get to visit them next weekend! (Yes, I'm an adult, but I have a great relationship with them and haven't seen them in 6 months).

Welcome to CC. I only got to write for 2 weeks, then the entire month of December until about last week I was busy with my husband moving across country. You should have seen his shock when I showed him my articles just kept right on selling whether I was there or not!

Thank you and the best of luck to you as well. I am doing ok, writing for several different websites now and with any luck, within the next two years I will be able to write full time. I really enjoy the people I have met and the articles I have read. I am greatly impressed with many authors here for the awesome talents. I am from Clarksville VA about 3 hours from Virginia Beach, but I know the beach area well. Hope you have a lovely visit with you folks!
