Hi all! I've just recenlty signed on with ConstantContent but haven't yet submitted my first article. I must admit that I'm a bit nervous about getting it right. I live in a very small town in Southern Illinois with my husband, 3 daughters and 2 grandchildren. I just recently quit my job of 30 years as a manager/bookkeeper of a local business and am looking forward to having more time to spend with my family. Any suggesionts for getting started in the right direction with my articles?
Thank you!!
Connie

Hello, welcome to CC!
You're already on the right track by browsing the forums. You'll find a wealth of tips and information right here. Learn from our mistakes and our successes. I encourage you to spend time in the forum as well as perusing Ed's blog and viewing the articles that many of the top writers are putting out. You'll see a variety of styles, strategies, and price ranges.
Next, look at the "requested content" section and try writing to a few of those. If nothing there catches your eye, dream up topics of your own and start banging on that keyboard. It takes a while to "get" the system here so don't be afraid to ask. Everyone's helpful and supportive. Good luck!
